Sustainable Residential Building

Our team was tasked with constructing a sustainable residential building for a client who wanted an eco-friendly and energy-efficient home. To achieve these goals, we chose Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) as our primary building material.

AAC was chosen for its eco-friendliness, durability, and excellent thermal insulation properties. The AAC blocks were manufactured offsite and transported to the construction site, reducing the amount of waste and dust generated during construction. The blocks were then installed using a thin-bed mortar system, reducing the amount of cement used and improving the building’s overall energy efficiency.

To further enhance the building’s sustainability, we installed energy-efficient windows, solar panels, and a rainwater harvesting system. These features reduced the building’s energy consumption, improved air quality, and reduced the amount of water used for irrigation and plumbing.

In conclusion, our use of AAC and sustainable building practices resulted in an energy-efficient, eco-friendly, and durable residential building that met the client’s sustainability goals while also providing a comfortable and healthy living environment.
